Note: This website refers to our service as "My Pokemon Scanner" for clarity. The actual mobile application is published in app stores as "My TCG Scanner" to avoid trademark conflicts. Both names refer to the same service.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the My TCG Scanner application operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

My TCG Scanner is a mobile application that allows users to scan Pokemon cards to identify them, manage their card collection, and check estimated market values.

We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any card identification or price estimation. Market values are estimates based on available data and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

3. Subscriptions and Pricing

The Service is offered under a Freemium model:

  • Free Tier: Includes 10 live card scans daily and 3 trial uses of the bulk scanner.
  • Monthly Pro Subscription ($1.99/month): Includes unlimited live scans, unlimited bulk scanning, and advanced portfolio tracking features.
  • Lifetime Pro ($99 one-time): Includes all Pro features for the lifetime of the app with a one-time payment.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store or Play Store account settings.

4. Intellectual Property and Disclaimer

Unofficial App: This Service is an unofficial fan-made application. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, or GAME FREAK.

Trademarks: Pokemon and Pokemon character names are trademarks of Nintendo. No copyright infringement is intended.

App Content: The unique design, code, and user interface of this app are the intellectual property of the developer.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service. You also agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My TCG Scanner, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
